What’s New in the 2022 Cadillac XT5?

Several changes were made to the 2022 XT5, however, none of them were major. The XT5 Sport trim now houses Bembo brakes with red-painted calipers, along with a new 20-inch wheel design.

Overall, the XT5 is the epitome of luxury. Starting with the exterior, the XT5 features a bold grille design, which is available in two textures, standard LED headlamps with IntelliBeam on all models, and standard 18-inch wheel designs on the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims. The optional 3.6-liter V6, which is standard on the Sport and available on the Premium Luxury, generates 310 horsepower. All-wheel drive is available on Luxury and Premium Luxury models. The Sport trim comes with a standard twin-clutch Sport Control all-wheel drive with active yaw control, and a continuous damping control adaptive suspension.

Technology features include built-in Alexa, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay®, four USB ports, a Wi-Fi hotspot, teen driver, among other features.

Safety features include Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert (standard on the Premium Luxury and Sport), Enhanced Visibility and Technology Package (requires available Platinum Package), Tire Fill Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and more.
